1. B.U.S.D. Parent Survey
Please take a moment to complete this survey which will help our schools and district with very important information. This year, we have reduced the survey length in an effort to make it more efficient for parents to complete.
It is important to note that the parent survey is web based in an effort to reduce paper and overall cost. We thank you in advance for your time and input. This data will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of our current programs as well as to make decisions about programs to be offered in the future. In order to be accurate, we are asking that you complete one survey for each child that you have enrolled in our district. After completing the first 10 questions, you will be asked what school your child attends and then will be directed to a new page which will contain survey questions specific to the school site you selected.
In an attempt to increase participation in the annual parent survey, all schools are offering an incentive to students who bring in a printed copy of the final page.
