Please use this survey to share your feedback on draft language we are considering for the Good Neighbor Agreement. The draft construction and operations language is new. The draft language for the other topics is updated. We'll discuss the Good Neighbor Agreement and community feedback on draft language in the May 13, 2021, Site Advisory Group meeting (register to attend). The Good Neighbor Agreement will document the Water Bureau’s commitments to filtration facility neighbors and is intended to reflect community preferences and feedback on the following topics:

Communications
Facility Architectural Design
Lighting Design
Sound Design
Site Landscape Design
Stormwater Management
Construction Safety
Operational Safety
