This application form should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Once you have submitted your application, the Ministry will verify your placement with your Initial Teacher Education (ITE) provider.
Privacy:
The Ministry will use the information provided by you together with the information verified by your Initial Teacher Education (ITE) programme provider to administer your Go Rural grant.
The Ministry may also use the information for the following purposes:
- To confirm your eligibility by verifying your placement with your ITE programme provider.
- To check with your ITE programme provider and host school | kura that you have completed your placement.
- To contact you when evaluating the Go Rural: Isolated Placements Fund.
- For statistical and research purposes related to education workforce insights. Any use of your information for this purpose will be aggregated and anonymised.
All information is held by the Ministry and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
