Welcome to the Gulf of Mexico Shellfish Initiative Stakeholder Survey

Thank you for taking the time to answer some questions about shellfish in your state and in the Gulf of Mexico.  This survey is part of a Sea Grant outreach program funded through the Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission.

The Mississippi-Alabama Sea Grant Consortium team is seeking input from stakeholders from across the Gulf of Mexico to identify common goals among the Gulf states, and those which are unique to each state. Within each state, shellfish stakeholders will be engaged to determine state-specific action items (objectives) to accomplish the goals of GoMexSI. This survey provides a way for those who cannot attend in-person meetings a way to provide their feedback. You may have already attended an in-person stakeholder meeting, but please feel free to give us any additional feedback here.

The survey has less than twenty questions and should take less than 20 minutes to complete, but you may take as much  time as needed. Your participation is voluntary, and you may discontinue the survey at any time. Your name will not be linked to your responses beyond our  project team. The survey will be anonymous unless you OPT-IN to provide your contact info in the last question.
