The Purpose of this Survey

Congress and the IRS recently created the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) savings program to assist individuals who are disabled prior to the age of 26. ABLE savings accounts are intended to be an option for families seeking ways to assist their loved ones with disabilities, without risking disqualification from the federal funding that these individuals depend on. CollegeInvest has been mandated by the state's legislature to create and administer Colorado's ABLE program.

This survey is being conducted by CollegeInvest, the administrator of Colorado’s ABLE program, to gauge your knowledge and interest in potentially opening and using an ABLE savings account for your needs. Your responses will help us in designing Colorado's ABLE program.
