Criteria for the Award:
The nominee must currently be working in a non-clinical role. They must have worked in home care, home health, and/or hospice for a minimum of three years. This award is intended for staff who work in MIS, QI, Finance, Program Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Volunteer Coordinator, etc.
They must demonstrate:
• Excellence and commitment to job performance
• A commitment to the industry by developing and leading internal agency committees, serving on AHHC committees or other industry-related committees
• An interest in professional growth through continuing education
• A commitment to community by participating in community activities
