1. Completion of this application form is compulsory for all applicants for the position of Graduate Trainee: Advisory Services at One Capital.
2. Should you submit more than one application form, you may be disqualified from the recruitment process.
3. You hereby confirm that all information submitted is true, complete and accurate in all respects and is not misleading in any manner. Decisions are taken by One Capital in good faith on the basis of statements made in the application form. If it is discovered that a false or misleading statement has been made or information has been omitted from an individual's application form, One Capital may withdraw or terminate that individual's application, at its own discretion.
4. You hereby consent to the information and data that you provide to One Capital being used by One Capital for credit scoring, credit assessment, debt tracing or fraud and money-laundering prevention. Accordingly, One Capital may disclose this information or data to credit reference agencies or other credit assessment, debt tracing or fraud prevention organisations and you hereby consent to the disclosure of such information and data by One Capital to such agencies and the use thereof for verification purposes.
5. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you hereby consent to One Capital, through a third party, conducting an ITC check against your name.
6. You acknowledge that One Capital reserves the right to disqualify you from the recruitment process solely on the basis of the information obtained through the screening and verification processes described in 4 and 5 above.
