The purpose of this questionnaire is to receive responses from all seafarers working on board Hong Kong Flagged vessels or vessels operated by Hong Kong based Ship Owners & Ship Managers.

這問卷的目的在於諮詢在香港登記、或由香港管理的輪船上工作的所有海員的意見。

We would like you to give honest answers to the following questions, as your responses will be kept confidential. We ask that you return this questionnaire to us. The cutoff date for submission will be 15th January 2024. The Information gathered will be used to improve the lives of serving seafarers. The information will also be used to award a prize to the best Ship Owner and best Ship Manager at the awards ceremony in 2023.
