2019 Global Symposium Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Global Symposium. Presentations will be scheduled in 60 minute blocks. Each presentation may have up to three speakers. Please note that speakers will be responsible for their own expenses. Deadline for submission is October 15, 2018.

ALL SPEAKERS are responsible for their own expenses, including conference registrations, hotel accommodations and travel. Do not add co-presenters to your session without first informing them of their registration requirements.
• Representatives of for-profit companies or organizations wishing to submit proposals must be or agree to become a TABS corporate sponsor and all terms specific to sponsors.
• Representatives of non-profit organizations are invited to become sponsors if they so wish.
• If proposing more than one session, please submit each proposal separately.
• Your school or organization must agree to support your participation prior to submitting your proposal.
