This award is intended to recognize persons in support administrative positions (such as Staffing Coordinator, Receptionist, Scheduler, Administrative Assistant, Supply Clerk, Customer Support, etc.) rather than a manager or supervisor. The nominee must have a minimum of one year experience working in home care, home health, and/or hospice.
They must demonstrate:

AHHC committees or community involvement
• An interest in professional growth through continuing education
• Excellence and commitment to job performance
