Additional information on PDPM and implementing this new payment method in your center will be available at the FHCA  Annual Conference & Trade Show being held in Orlando on August 4-8. Multiple CE sessions have been submitted on reimbursement, coding, etc. that you may find beneficial for you and your staff. Stayed tuned for the Conference brochure which will be mailed out in April.

Nurse Leadership Program scheduled for May 29-31 in St. Pete Beach will also include changes to the payment system as it relates to ICD-10 coding. A specific ICD-10 Training will be offered as as 4 hour Please check the FHCA web site in late February for a full agenda.

Starting in March, FHCA plans to offer a members-only webinar series to provide additional PDPM education. Webinars will focus on specific PDPM components, including the Business Office Role under PDPM; Changes to PDPM from the CMS Proposed Rule; Last Minute Changes and Preparation from the Final 2020 SNF PPS Rule; and Partnering with Your Therapy Provider for Success.
