GM of the year: These leaders understand the importance of people development, have a solid history of internal promotions and have shown they can master the metrics. Your nominee needs to have met the following criteria:
- Minimum one year in position.
- CORE and Food Safety measurements meet or exceed company standards.
- Restaurant analytics meet or exceed company standards.
- Achieves positive financial results.
- Established themselves as a leader within their area.
- Leader in training and people development with solid history of internal promotes.
- Demonstrates solid execution of General Manager routines.
