The 3 Counties Energy Agency (3CEA) together with the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), are working on providing affordable housing as part of a project called Housing 4.0 Energy: Affordable and Sustainable Housing through Digitisation.

The goal is to find new, affordable, and zero-energy housing solutions for the Irish market for this reason we are interested in knowing more about your housing preferences and current housing situation.

NWE Housing 4.0 is an EU wide project aimed at delivering 50 Near Zero Energy Homes with 60% less associated CO2 and delivered 25% cheaper than traditional housing. More info found at: https://www.nweurope.eu/projects/project-search/h40e-housing-40-energy/

This survey aims to identify the "Needs and Expectations" of potential future residents in order pro-actively identify and manage those areas to ensure a more solid approach is taken for any future model uptake.

By completing the survey you will contribute to a vital piece of study which feeds into a larger programme aimed at creating a more sustainable and affordable housing approach in Ireland and across the EU.

Every fully completed survey will be in with a chance to win a €100 One4All Voucher.

In order to qualify for the voucher responses must be submitted before 5pm 30th April 2020.

The survey will remain open after the 30th April 2020 but responses will not be eligible for the prize.
