1. We would love to hear from you.

The 3 Counties Energy Agency has teamed up with Kilkenny County Council, Carlow County Council and Wexford County Council as part of a new project called Housing 4.0 Energy: Affordable and Sustainable Housing through Digitisation.

In light of the current housing crisis, people often live in unsustainable and oversized homes. There is a significant demand to downsize our current housing stock and build smaller, affordable, more energy efficient living spaces.

The aim of this project is to build 12 sustainable zero energy homes in the South East region by 2021 to offer access to new and affordable energy efficient homes and develop a market for small, affordable and sustainable homes by adapting and applying sustainable and innovative technologies.
The Housing 4.0 Energy project is funded by Interreg North-West Europe.

As part of the project research, we are interested in knowing more about your current housing situation and preferences. By completing the questionnaire you will contribute to a vital piece of study which feeds into a larger programme aimed at creating a more sustainable and affordable housing approach in Ireland and across the EU.
If you wish to enter the competition to be in with a chance to win a €100 One4All Voucher, please leave your name and contact details at the end of the questionnaire.
Thank you for your support.

GDPR Note. All information collected is strictly confidential (subject to legal limitations). All data and results generated by the study will be securely stored, not shared with any person other than the research team involved in the project. These results may be included in future H4.0E project reports. For more information on this project, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
