Welcome to Let's Make It Happen – An Inclusive Halloween Experience
Thank you for your interest in this inclusive social event, taking place on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Location: To Be Announced).

This event brings together individuals of all abilities for an evening of entertainment, music, games, food, and meaningful connections while promoting accessibility, leadership, workforce development, and community engagement.

Admission
Admission is $50.00 per person for all attendees, including participants, vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and guests. If the cost presents a financial hardship, please let us know in the comments section. When available, discounted tickets or sponsorship assistance may be offered. All proceeds support The Inka Empire and future Education, Entertainment, and Employment (E³) programs.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior approval from The Inka Empire.

Participant Selection
Participation is not first-come, first-served. To help create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience, each Participant Interest Form is individually reviewed. We may contact you for a brief follow-up conversation to better understand your interests, accessibility needs, and support preferences.

Our goal is to thoughtfully match participants with the event while considering individual needs, available supports, and event capacity. If selected, you will receive a payment link by your preferred method of communication to complete your registration.

Privacy
Your information will be used only to review your interest, identify requested accommodations, and help us provide an accessible experience. All information will be kept confidential and securely stored using trusted platforms such as SurveyMonkey and GoDaddy.
