We appreciate your interest in our welcoming social event scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Location: To Be Announced). Please save the date.

Problem
Many individuals with disabilities continue to experience barriers to employment, social inclusion, leadership opportunities, and meaningful community participation.

Solution
This event was created to help remove those barriers by providing a welcoming and fun environment where participants can build confidence, develop transferable skills, create lasting friendships, and discover new opportunities through education, entertainment, and real-world experiences.

While we are still searching for a location, the environment will be a safe, ADA-compliant space that supports meaningful connections.

Admission
Admission is $50.00 per person for all attendees, including vendors, volunteers, and staff, unless otherwise specified. You will NOT make a payment unless given confirmation. Once confirmed, a payment link will be sent via your preferred method of communication, or you can visit the payment tab on The Inka Empire website. All proceeds support future programs and career development for individuals with disabilities.

We encourage everyone to buy a ticket and, if possible, make an additional donation to support the event's sustainability. Each admission provides the benefits listed above.

If the cost presents a financial hardship, please let us know in the comments section. We will provide payment options, and when applicable, discounted tickets or sponsorship support may be available.

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior approval from The Inka Empire. Please contact us for approval.

Participant Selection
Participants are those attending the event personally, excluding vendors, volunteers, or staff.

Participation is NOT first-come, first-served. To help create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience, each Attendee Interest Form is individually reviewed. We will contact you for a brief follow-up conversation to better understand your interests, accessibility needs, and support preferences.

Our goal is to thoughtfully match Participants with the event while considering individual needs, available supports, and event capacity. If selected, you will receive a payment link via your preferred method of communication to complete your registration.

Volunteers and Staff
If you are attending the event but NOT joining as a Participant, please continue with the form and answer the questions accordingly. If selected, you will receive an official confirmation of your Volunteer or Staff role.
Donors and Sponsors
If you are NOT attending the event but would still like to make a donation or sponsorship, please fill out this form. Alternatively, you can skip the form and make a direct donation online. Donations and sponsorships do not require payment confirmation. Feel free to donate any amount you wish, at any time!

Privacy
Your information will be used only to review your interest, identify requested accommodations, help us provide an accessible experience, or to recognize your contribution. All information will be kept confidential and securely stored using trusted platforms such as SurveyMonkey and GoDaddy.
