Welcome to the First Annual Reporting Survey on the Generation Equality Action Coalitions Commitments!

Prior to filling out the online survey, please read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and the Guidance on Costing Commitments. Please note you have access to the survey in PDF, Word and Excel forms.

This survey will be open to all Commitment Makers from Tuesday 14 June 2022 at 5pm EST to Friday 15 July 2022 at 5pm EST. Please note the survey will also be available in Arabic, French, Russian and Spanish starting the week of 20 June 2022.  
As a reminder:
  1. Each Commitment Maker (CM) is expected to submit one single survey response per commitment. Commitment Makers recording multiple commitments will not need to reenter institutional information and other details in Section A. However, the name, title, and email of each respondent will be used to match multiple commitments with the same Commitment Maker. Please refer to the FAQ for more guidance.
  2. We strongly encourage you to review and familiarize yourselves with the survey in PDF/Word/Excel forms before filling it out. This way you will see all of the information required to complete the survey, as well as to allow for coordination that might be required within or across organizations, groups, governments, institutions, and/or companies with multiple commitments. Note: These links are being provided to facilitate coordination. Do not record your answers in these documents and send them to UN Women. Only entries in this online survey form will be recorded.
  3. For those with multiple commitments, we recommend you designate a ‘point person’ whose responsibility will be to coordinate with the various focal points in your organization and submit the survey on behalf of the organization. To exercise flexibility for organizations with more than 10 commitments, the focal point for each commitment/set of commitments can complete this survey separately. 
  4. For organizations who are part of Joint or Collective Commitments that have a dedicated coordinator or designated reporting institution (some do, many don't), the information on your Joint or Collective commitment should be entered by the designated coordinator/reporting organization.  If there is no dedicated coordinator or reporting institution or you are unsure, you will be asked to report on your own organization’s actions to fulfill the commitment.
  5. This survey provides you with an opportunity to update or adjust elements of your commitment (e.g., title, description, funding, time period, etc.). Please carefully read the FAQ as the instructions for some questions have changed from those in the original intake form. Changes/updates you provide as part of this survey will override the information you provided in your original commitment submission/intake form.
