Open to any non-CEO or business unit leader who is focused on energy, chemicals, energy investment or policy.
 
A transformational company that shifts the industry's focus must have a champion on the front line that can take a complex strategy and execute it with precision and deliver clear, impressive results. These non-CEO trailblazers likely have their sights set on the top spot of an organization.

Judges will be looking for a leader who personifies innovation, creates opportunities and ultimately delivers results. While this individual may not be new to their industry, the Rising Star Individual will have made the most remarkable strides in their career, inevitably influencing their industry. Individuals who are involved in energy, chemicals, energy investment and financing and energy policy are eligible.

Judges will consider all senior management who are not a CEO. Judges will consider performance from January 2016.
