Accessibility is broken down into three categories: Physical and Architectural, Information and Communications, and Attitudinal. Please carefully read the descriptions of each accessibility type below and answer the question to the best of your ability.
Physical and Architectural: Structural and design-based obstacles that prevent or limit mobility access. Examples of physical barriers include but are not limited to:

o Using small print or poor colour contrast

Question Title

* 7. Has your school successfully met the needs of the school community in the information or communication accessibility category? If yes, please elaborate.

o Speaking to an aid/interpreter instead of directly to a person with a disability
o Assuming all people with disabilities require the same accommodation instead of asking how you can support them
o Not considering the needs of people with different types of disabilities when planning events
