Why have you been asked to take a survey about parks and recreation in Garden City?

Garden City is currently updating its Parks and Recreation Master Plan, with assistance by its consultant, McKenna. This plan helps guide parks and recreation prioritization and will span a five-year period – 2019 to 2023.  The Parks and Recreation Master Plan is also used as a basis for applying to obtain grants and other funding for parks and recreation projects.

We respectfully request Garden City residents’ input about your experiences and opinions regarding the programs, services, and facilities that Garden City offers. Your participation is crucial to helping Garden City make the best choices in Parks and Recreation. If you have any questions or additional comments, please contact Sarah Traxler, AICP, NCI (McKenna) at straxler@mcka.com.

The following anonymous survey will take roughly 10 minutes to complete; the survey will be closed on October 24, 2018.  Thank you for your participation!
