The Tapia 2024 Student Volunteer Program provides an excellent opportunity for students to attend the conference, connect with other attendees, and hear from exciting speakers, all while significantly contributing to the conference.

Student Volunteers are essential to the conference as they:

- Help to ensure conference sessions run smoothly
- Assist attendees with finding rooms
- Help ensure attendees have the best conference experience possible

Student Volunteers agree to do the following:

- Attend one mandatory online training session before the conference
- Provide a minimum of 8 volunteer service hours throughout the conference
- Be flexible with your availability; flexibility is critical to the success of the conference

Each Student Volunteer will receive a scholarship covering the following:

- Conference Registration
- Meals, as provided by the conference

Travel and hotel expenses are NOT covered by the Student Volunteer Scholarship. Therefore, we are seeking students local to the San Diego, CA area.

Applications for Student Volunteers will be accepted until August 21, 2024.

Acceptance notification emails will be sent starting in July through August 28, 2024.

Please note, registration fees will be fully refunded for those who registered prior to being accepted as a Student Volunteer.
