i) to map current and emerging VCA clinical and research activity in Europe, and identify barriers to VCA development;
ii) to understand how European Society of Organ Transplantation (ESOT) can support the field.

For the purpose of this questionnaire, VCA refers to vascularized composite allotransplantation, including but not limited to upper limb, face, abdominal wall, uterus, genitourinary, larynx, lower limb, and other composite tissue allografts.

This questionnaire should be completed by a member of the VCA team.

Data Processing & Retention: Your responses are securely processed via SurveyMonkey and stored within ESOT’s secure internal Microsoft environment. Personal contact data will be retained only as long as necessary for the project's validation and mapping purposes, or until you request its removal.
