2019 Board Nomination Form - Member Petition

Use this form to nominate a qualified candidate for the Touchstone Energy Board of Directors

Dear Touchstone Energy Member,

The 2019 Touchstone Energy Electronic Annual Business Meeting will be held December 4, 2019 at 1 p.m. EST and voting will be held until 5:00 p.m EST.

The meeting will include the election of new directors to the Touchstone Energy board. Therefore Touchstone Energy Cooperative, Inc. is making a call for nominees to be placed on the ballot.

As you know, each Member may (but does not have to) nominate a candidate to the ballot.

Of course, the nominee must meet the qualifications set forth in Article III, Section 3.3 of the Touchstone Energy Bylaws, which are available on cooperative.com. Please note, you must upload a document containing at least 35 supporting signature or your nomination will not be accepted.

If you wish to nominate a candidate by petition, please complete and submit this form by September 30th, 2019. Nominations will not be accepted after that date.
