ACBF/Youpla has gone broke and it is unlikely anyone will get their money back from Youpla. There are efforts to lobby Government to compensate you. We know you have been paying into this fund for decades and may be really angry. A group of First Nations organisations and community groups has created a #SaveSorryBusiness campaign to try to get Government to step up and help.

We want to make sure your voice is heard.

Please only fill out this survey if you were a paying member, you have family and loved ones that were paying members, or you are a caseworker helping a client who was a paying member of ACBF/Youpla, and you are filling out this survey on their behalf.

The ability to access a contribution from a non-profit organisation to help people who have lost a loved one pay for a dignified funeral.
