The Plan will provide a roadmap for implementing future land use and transportation planning policies that integrate safety improvements, minimize environmental impacts, encourage economic growth, and build a Complete Street that is safe, convenient and comfortable for all ages and abilities using any mode of transportation.

This project is being funded by the Town of Glenville and the Capital District Transportation Committee (CDTC), the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Capital District. The CDTC carries out federal requirements for cooperative transportation planning and programming within the metropolitan area surrounding the Albany-Schenectady and Saratoga Springs urbanized areas. 

The project is being managed by Town of Glenville and CDTC staff with technical assistance from Planning4Places, LLC and Sam Schwartz Transportation Consultants.
