Over the past three years, this research has validated the importance of customer experience as a driver of innovation that is here to stay. As we embark on the fourth annual survey, supply chain resilience and risk mitigation have come to the forefront for companies. The 2021 survey will build upon last year’s focus on supply chain resilience to explore:
- What will companies prioritize to remain resilient as they emerge from unprecedented disruption, followed by more disruptive events?
- What risks should supply chain professionals plan for in order to move forward most effectively?
- What impact does sustainability play in supply chain innovation?
This survey seeks to gain insight from supply chain and logistics leaders to help educate and inform the market with valuable practical steps.
You’ve been selected to participate in this important market research conducted by Adelante, a trusted resource for research, analysis, and briefings for supply chain and logistics professionals, in partnership with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
The survey will take less than 8 minutes. Responses will be kept confidential and used in aggregate form.
