Thank you for your interest in serving as a member of an Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative Partnership Resource Team (PRT)!

By completing this survey, you will provide us with the information to match your areas of expertise with the areas of focus identified by institutions seeking technical assistance. Submission of a completed survey will serve as your application to the pool of experts from which the PRTs will be formed. The Academic Senate for California Community Colleges will review your submission to ensure that there are no concerns about your prospective participation and before being added to the pool.
