Introduction

Thank you for your interest in serving as a member of an Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative (IEPI) Partnership Resource Team (PRT)!

Submission of a completed survey serves as your application to join the statewide pool of experts from which PRTs are formed. Your profile will help us match your areas of expertise with the specific needs and areas of focus identified by colleges and districts seeking technical assistance.

If you have specialized skills, unique experience, or have supported programs not listed in the expertise section, please include this information in Question #13, “Please list any other areas of special expertise.” This will help us better understand your background and ensure the best possible match with institutional needs.

Before adding you to the pool, we will share your information with your home institution’s CEO to ensure there are no concerns regarding your participation.

If you are tentatively selected for a PRT, I will notify you using the email address you provide in the survey. Until you receive that confirmation, please assume you have not yet been assigned to a specific team.

Faculty Members - Please do not complete this version of the survey. Instead, complete the faculty survey administered by the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges (ASCCC).
