What is consistency?

Being Consistent Is Not the Same as Being Perfect. Consistency is important for making progress, doing better work, getting in shape, and achieving some level of success in most areas of life
What does a consistent person do?
Someone who is consistent always behaves in the same way, has the same attitudes towards people or things, or achieves the same level of success in something.
How can you contribute to a consistent workplace?


Create a Stress Free Environment. Be pleasant to your work colleagues. Communicate in the same manner each day. Treat people as you would like to be treated and be pleasant. Daily. Avoid Conflict with work mates. Remain pleasant and keep calm. Ensure you act in the same manner each day. Keep your emotions in check and remain in a good frame of mind. Try your best to ensure you are putting out good quality work all of the time - not just when you feel like it. Passing on poor quality work will show you are inconsistent in your role and you perhaps do not care enough about your job to put in a consistent effort.
