Introduction

Promoting diversity in a leadership team is a critical initiative for any leadership development program. The benefits of doing so are numerous and long-lasting. Organizations must set a course of action.

So, what are organizations doing to improve their leadership development for diversity? Brandon Hall Group research has shown that less than half (47%) of organizations prioritize increasing the diversity of the leadership pipeline as a way to improve the business impact of their leaders.

This research will ask questions to understand the current state of diversity in leadership, the challenges organizations face in building a diverse leadership team, and how they are addressing and overcoming those challenges.
