This survey is intended to gather information regarding your perception and opinion of various factors that affect resiliency in the City of Dallas.

In 2015, the City of Dallas was selected to join the 100 Resilient Cities (100RC) program, pioneered by the Rockefeller Foundation. The purpose of 100 RC is to help cities prepare for and thrive after a sudden shock, such as an earthquake, or a long term community stress, such as drought or homelessness.

As part of the 100RC program, the City of Dallas is gathering perceptions on factors that affect our community’s resilience. For the purpose of this exercise, we define resilience as the ability of our community to absorb and respond to disasters or challenges.

The survey should only take about 10 minutes to complete. The survey is anonymous, unless you choose to provide your contact information at the end.

We deeply value your opinions and perceptions. These responses will be used to help inform the City’s resilience-building priorities. Please forward this survey to other people or organizations that you think may also be interested in providing feedback.
