About this Survey

What's it like working at SFO?

SFO’s Social Responsibility and Community Sustainability (SRCS) division is conducting this Job Quality Survey to better understand the situation and needs of workers at SFO. The results of this survey will help influence recommendations to SFO policies and procedures that control what employers offer in terms of wages, benefits, and work standards at the airport. Your participation will help influence those recommendations.

SRCS promotes the social and economic well-being of the Airport’s communities by linking local residents to Airport employment and business opportunities, and by implementing labor standards that promote self-sustaining airlines careers, while at the same time enhancing SFO’s safety, security, and efficiency.

Your participation in this survey is both voluntary and confidential. You may choose to answer all, some, or none of the questions. Your employer will NOT be able to see your specific responses. The responses will be aggregated, without any personal identifiable information, and will be used to discuss overall job satisfaction at the airport.

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes. At the end, you may choose to enter the raffle for a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card by providing us with your first name and phone number. We will not use your phone number for any other purpose except to contact you in case you are the winner of the $100 Visa gift card.

To be eligible to take the survey, you must work at the airport or for an off-site airline meal preparation company with catering business at SFO. Except, Airport Commission employees (i.e. employees for the City and County of San Francisco) are not eligible to take this survey.
