Over the past several years, NEFFA has been working with Think Again Training & Consulting to reflect on who we are as an organization, who we want to be, and how we can be welcoming to all. We are thinking about Festival-goers’ experiences, volunteers’ experiences, organizational structures, and NEFFA community priorities.

With this survey, we hope to learn more about your experiences, perspectives and hopes related to belonging and fairness in NEFFA (both the Festival and the organization as a whole). Your responses represent invaluable input towards planning of future community conversations, as well as for decisions about the NEFFA activities in the next few years.

Responses will be confidential and anonymous. Individual responses will only be seen by outside consultants, not anyone within NEFFA. The consultants will share themes and examples with NEFFA, but only in ways that preserve anonymity.

Some questions are required (marked with a *) and many questions are optional. Please note, the survey will not advance to the next page if you skip a required question.

We expect the survey will take between 10 - 20 minutes to complete, depending on how much detail you choose to share. If you encounter technical problems with the survey, or have questions about it, please contact Davey at davey@thinkagaintraining.com.

This first page asks about your relationship with NEFFA. The next page asks about demographic information, so that we can learn more about who is currently participating in NEFFA. The third page focuses on your perspectives on NEFFA, and the final page explores your relationships with folk traditions practiced in NEFFA and elsewhere.
