Our annual meeting will be held on Friday, April 21, in the Forest Resources Building at Penn State University Park. New this year is a mixer in room 217 for alumni and faculty/staff (4-6 p.m.), which will be followed by our annual dinner meeting in the atrium. At dinner we will honor our 2023 Outstanding Alumnus Dr. Daniel P. Loucks (1954 Forestry), professor emeritus, Cornell University. 

The Department of Ecosystem Science and Management will provide beer and wine during the mixer. Alcohol will not be available during the dinner.

The Alumni Group will cover the cost of parking in the East Deck next to the Forest Resources Building. Parking instructions will be provided upon registration.

You may register for the mixer only, for the dinner only, or for both the mixer and the dinner. The deadline for event registration is April 13. 

We have a small block of rooms on hold at the Country Inn & Suites State College for overnight lodging ($109+tax per night). You may make reservations by contacting the hotel directly at 814-234-6000 to speak with a reservation agent. Rooms will be held in the block only until 3/24/23, so please make your reservation by that date. You will need to mention the Group Name “Forest Resources & ESM Alumni Group.” You may also book online via www.countryinnsc.com and apply the Promo Code “Forest” to receive the discount.
