The Brighter Future Awards recognises and rewards housing professionals who have made a significant and lasting difference: to tenants or service users, to their community, colleagues and profession.
After many years of evolution and becoming an important part of the Australian and New Zealand business community, the Social and Affordable housing sector is looking to support industry professionals into leadership roles that sustain this progress and momentum.
This award recognises industry professionals with 5+ years of experience who have shown potential to excel as a future leader, Nominees will be deemed to have a future in General Management or C-Suite level positions and one day have a significant impact on the sector.
To be considered nominee applications must:
Outline examples of their work that demonstrate their ability to lead and take on responsibilities.
Demonstrate strong leadership potential from their work in the sector and be regarded as a future industry leader.
Have the nomination supported (in writing) by two referees who have known the candidate for at least two years and who have intimate knowledge of their leadership potential.
