If you have an equipment issue which you would like to have raised at the next ATA Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) meeting, please fill in the information requested below. If you represent a fleet, a copy of this form will be forwarded to the appropriate manufacturer or service provider for response. If you represent a supplier or service company, the moderator will arrange for you to present the information at the Fleet Operators’ Forum.
