WorkInCulture's Festivals Learning Exchange Program: Collaboration, is a pilot professional development opportunity for not-for-profit professional arts & heritage festivals located in Toronto, Kingston, Ottawa, and Sudbury. Up to 30 arts and heritage festivals  will be selected to participate in an extended training program where they will learn how to create and implement more effective collaboration strategies.

The training period will start in January 2022 and continue until late April 2022, and will include a monitoring and evaluation period that will extend to Fall 2022. 

In addition to receiving training, participants will be able to connect with leaders in their community and learn about local resources available to support their goals.
