FLL in School Pilot Application |
Welcome to the 2014 FLL School Pilot Application. We invite you/your school to apply to be part of our initial pilot for the coming 2014 WORLD CLASS Challenge Season.
There will be a special team registration pricing tiers that will include highly discounted flat team registration fees for multiple team registration, mapping to Common Core Standards. 21st Century Skills and the Next Generation Science Standards, an in-school event guide, and support materials to help you implement FLL in your classroom. In addition all Pilot participants will be asked to help us evaluate the 2014 School Pilot as we look to offer this to all schools and youth organizations in future seasons.
If selected for the Pilot you will work with FIRST to register your teams as there are specific steps associated with the 2014 School Pilot Registration Process.
If you have alr4eady registered your team(s), these teams will NOT be eligible to participate in the 2014 School Pilot. If a school would like to register additional teams, they are welcome to apply for the Pilot.
We are accepting 2014 School Pilot Applications now. We will begin notifying schools of their acceptance beginning the third week in August and will continue through the end of September or until we have reached our goal of 1000 teams.
