Sleepy Eye Bus Service offers busing to all students in the Sleepy Eye School District.  If your child's pick-up/drop-off location is outside the Sleepy Eye city limits, this service is provided free of charge.  Any family that lives in town and wishes to ride the bus will pay a monthly fee (listed below).  If you would like your child/children to ride the bus (in-town or out-of-town), please fill out the following information and send to:

Please submit this form on or before August 11, 2023.  Once your information has been received, you will receive a phone call with the pick-up and drop-off time and the bus number your child will be riding on.  This form must be completed by every family that desires transportation for your child/children.

Monthly bus plan needs to be paid on or before the 20th of the previous month. First payment is for the last half of August and full September, $90 due August 19th. The last payment is due on March 20th and will be for all of April and the first half of May.
