The Employee Opinion Survey is an opportunity for employees to have their say about Paradise Resort as a place of work. This document can be used as your “voice”, where information will be collated and feedback will be given where needed. All feedback received will be taken seriously.


What will Human Resources do with the information collected?
Any information collected is collated and a feedback summary is generated by the Human Resources Manager (HRM). The feedback summary is then presented to the relevant Department Manager in such a way that no one can be identified as a person giving feedback. Any concerns raised will be managed by Human Resources.

If there are any issues or concerns relating to a particular department, then depending on the severity, Human Resources may run a series of focus groups with the Supervisors and Manager of the relevant department in an attempt to rectify any concerns that an employee may have raised.

Any actions made by the group relating to any serious feedback received will be presented back to employees as quickly as possible.
