The South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities provides financial assistance for qualifying students with funding from the Governor's School Foundation, a private nonprofit organization that raises money to support the school. To be considered for financial assistance for one of the SCGSAH programs:
  • you must be a legal resident of South Carolina
  • you must reapply each year to be considered for financial assistance
  • the financial assistance application and supporting documentation should be submitted by the accepted student's parent(s) or legal guardian(s) by May 1, 2024
Award Notification
  • Submit the application and supporting documentation by May 1, 2024 to receive a financial assistance award decision by May 17.
