A committee of ACEEE staff will review the applications to determine which best meet the primary goals and purpose of the informal sessions:
  • To provide an open forum to meet and follow up on issues raised during a formal presentation.
  • To facilitate discussions on other topics of mutual interest to attendees.

By July 17, applicants will be notified of their application status and whether the reviewers have any suggestions for edits. The informal sessions will be scheduled on Monday (8/3), Tuesday (8/4), and Thursday (8/6) afternoons beginning at 2:00 pm.

Note: Applicants must be a full-week registered attendee to host or facilitate an informal session. Because of space limitations, only one submission per registrant will be accepted. Advertising, product demonstrations, or marketing by companies or organizations is strictly prohibited.
