As an undergraduate student in Family & Consumer Sciences (FCS), we invite you to participate in this survey. The purpose of this survey is to gain an understanding of an individual’s awareness, knowledge, application, and experiences with the Family & Consumer Sciences “Body of Knowledge” and will be shared with FCS professionals who will then use it to enhance programming.

All students who complete the survey by May 10 will be entered in a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card. Two winners will be selected and will each receive a $50 gift card.

(Note: There is a separate survey for graduate students and professionals.)
