* 7. Expectations

Board members are expected to:
-Attend two face to face meetings each year, one at the CAI Annual Conference;the other scheduled elsewhere such as at the CAI headquarters near Washington DC.
-Attend monthly board conference calls in addition to committee-level work between calls.
-Make an annual minimum personal contribution of $100 or an annual minimum corporate contribution of $500.
-Participate in fundraising activities to support the foundation’s mission.
-Plan and set policy, support the organization, help build the board, and serve as an ambassador for the Foundation.
-Elected board members will be inducted at the upcoming CAI Annual Conference & Exposition, May 4-7, 2016, at the Rosen Shingle Creek resort in Orlando, with three-year terms beginning July 1, 2016.
