Expectations
Board members are expected to:
-Attend at least one face to face meeting each year (at the CAI Annual Conference).
-Attend 6-9 Zoom meetings in addition to committee-level work between calls.
-Make an annual minimum personal contribution of $100 or an annual minimum corporate contribution of $500.
-Participate in fundraising activities to support the foundation’s mission.
-Plan and set policy, support the organization, help build the board, and serve as an ambassador for the Foundation.
-Elected board members will be inducted at the upcoming CAI Annual Conference & Exposition, with three-year terms beginning July 1.
