• The FAM Trip is open to European MICE Buyers and International Association Buyers only.

• Submission of this application is NOT a confirmation of participation. All applications must be validated and approved by the Tour Committee.

• Approved participants will need pay a registration fee of US$220 as a form of commitment. More details will be sent to approved participants.

• Turkish Airlines will sponsor round trip tickets (port of Turkish Airline in buyers' country of origin - Istanbul - Shanghai - the port of Turkish Airline in buyers' country of origin) to confirmed buyers. Sponsored tickets do not include code-share and other connecting flights.

• Approved participants will not receive flight reimbursement as tickets to/from IT&CM China will be sponsored by Turkish Airlines.

• Accommodation, land and meals arrangements will be provided.
