Registration is easy. Please complete all the questions below.
Some of the questions are mandatory; and will not let you finish the registration process unless you answer the question.
You can begin to register and come back later; but understand that total space is limited to 36 people. We will be accepting people into the program on a first come, first serve basis.

It is expected that you will attend ALL 4 training sessions - Please check your calendar BEFORE registering and write the dates into your calendar now (Sept 15, Oct 6, Nov 10, Dec 1). Classes are held on Friday's. We are using federal dollars and want to ensure that the funds are put to good use.
Please note - You will receive an email confirming that your registration was accepted once the class is completely full.
In addition, you will receive a confirmation email giving you exact location, map and other important information approximately one week before the training class starts.
If you would like to receive Social Work CEUs - You MUST Register as a Community Member (go to this link: http://dlnhfall2017.eventbrite.com). CEUs are NOT available for family member or self advocate registrations.
