Thank you for your interest in the LeaderShift: Integrating Project & Change Management - An Applied Learning Experience Cohort Program.

In this webinar series, we will look at the integration of Project Management, Change Management and the role of the Leader/Sponsor. During each session, participants will take this learning and apply it to their own projects, discussing ideas, successes and challenges together as a group.

This program is designed for people who are currently leading or aspiring to lead projects at VCH and are interested in learning more about how to integrate project management and change management.

Winter 2026 Cohort dates:
  • Module 1: Tuesday, February 3, 2026 | 9:00am - 11:00am
  • Module 2: Tuesday, February 24, 2026 | 9:00am - 11:00am
  • Module 3: Tuesday, March 10, 2026 | 9:00am - 11:00am
  • Module 4: Tuesday, March 31, 2026 | 9:00am - 11:00am
All sessions will be delivered online through Microsoft Teams. As one session builds on to the next, full participation is required to complete the program. By proceeding with this application, you are committing to attend all sessions if admitted.

Prerequisites:

To be eligible for this cohort program, you must have completed (or plan to complete) both of the following courses prior to January 30, 2026.
