HRDC Community Needs Assessment Survey 2022

Since 1975, HRDC has been committed to instilling hope, developing resources, designing solutions and changing lives in Southwest Montana. As a Community Action Organization, our responsibility is to identify and respond to our community's most pressing needs, as determined by those living and working in the community. 

With this survey, we are launching our 2022 Community Needs Assessment. The responses gathered from you and other community members from this survey, in conjunction with additional data including census reports and stakeholder interviews, will help inform our organizational focus as detailed in our Strategic Plan. We do this every three years due to the rapidly changing landscape of our community, and to ensure we effectively prioritize our time and work.

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and participation is voluntary. If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete a variety of questions regarding your view of your community’s needs, individual needs, and personal characteristics. You are free to skip any question(s) that cause discomfort, and you can withdraw at any time by exiting the survey. Your answers to the survey questions will be kept confidential.
