West Whiteland Township is conducting this survey to understand the current use of single-use plastic bags in our business and residential community and what barriers exist that make it difficult or challenging for consumers to use or access reusable bags. The outcomes of the survey will be used to design a program to assist and support businesses and the community to reduce our use of single-use plastic. In addition, we would like to get a gauge on where the community stands on other sustainability-related issues such as recycling and energy use.
