Welcome to TXF's 2025 Global Export Finance Industry Survey!
The survey has been designed specifically for corporates (exporters, importers and borrowers), banks and ECAs with each of these organisational types responding only to questions that are relevant to them.
For all respondents, the survey should take no more than 10 to 15 minutes.
The ‘Next’ button will help you navigate through the survey and the ‘Prev’ button should be used if you want to go back at step (please do not use the back button on your internet browser). Your responses will automatically save so you do not have to complete the survey in one sitting. If you do wish to come back at a later date to complete the survey, try and use the same device as it recognises the IP addresses. Using a different device will mean you need to start again.
The survey is entirely CONFIDENTIAL and ANONYMOUS. While we ask for contact details, these are for internal use only by the research department. TXF follows GDPR very closely so we will only store your data for the necessary amount of time (up until the final report is published), at which point, it will be deleted from SurveyMonkey.
