Kansas Breastfeeding Coalition has a reputation for hosting high-quality, well-attended conferences. Our conferences draw nearly 200 participants, including physicians, nurses, childbirth educators, lactation consultants, and other professionals from around the state who are committed to maternal and child health and wellbeing.  We anticipate even more participants at this year’s conference.

Sponsorship Opportunities & Fees:


The exhibit fee includes one 6’ table with a tablecloth and two chairs. As well as breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks on Thursday and Friday for one representative. Additional representatives are $50 each (Max of 2 representatives). Internet will also be available at no additional cost. Please note: exhibit space is not reserved until payment is received.

Exhibit Set up & Breakdown: Exhibitors may set up on October 26th, 2023 beginning at 7 a.m. Exhibits will be open from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM on October 26 and 27. Exhibits must be removed by 5:00 pm on Oct. 27, 2023.
 
Cancellation Policy: Exhibits may be canceled and the fee will be refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee, through 5:00 pm on October 15, 2023. After that time, no refunds will be made. Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed or emailed to the Kansas Breastfeeding Coalition at info@ksbreastfeeding.org.
 
Applications must be submitted by October 15, 2023.
