At that time, you will receive a discount code (promotion code) to self-register for the conference at your scholarship rate. Do NOT register for the conference before receiving your promotion code.

All scholarships are partial scholarships. Thus, after you self-register with your promotion code, you will be required to pay the agreed-upon amount WHETHER YOU ATTEND THE EVENT OR NOT. Please indicate that you understand your financial commitment once you choose to self-register for the conference.
